New to couponing and have a question about CVS. When using ECB do you have to the whole amount? Like I earned $4 for a purchase. If I only spend $3 on my next purchase and use my ECB will it leave the other $1 or will I lose it. I lost $4 from my care pass $10 this way. Didn’t want to make the same mistake twice.

The nexxus humectress does not apply for the $10/2 coupon, if you click the coupon it will tell you what products apply, and that one does not

This week my car got booted in NYC, I have a $1000 electric bill and I'm behind on my rent. I want to help in our monthly cause but... wow.
