The gold vines and the wallpaper look really good and with your collectibles and unique book collection!!! I’m green with envy 😂 Harry Potter was one of the first “grown up” books I read in 3rd grade 🥰

You have an awesome collection. I always enjoy when I see some of my own books on the shelves of others. Also, when I see some of the excitement over books that have been on my radar but am yet to acquire. It encourages me to move them up on my soon to be purchased books. Great video!

Hey, Laura! Bernie Wrightson followed up on Mary Shelley's tale in 2012 with "Frankenstein Alive, Alive!" written by Steve Niles and published by IDW. Wrightson unfortunately passed before completing the project so the illustrative work for the final chapter was done by his colleague Kelley Jones. It's well worth a look.
Bernie Wrightson is considered a legendary titan in the comic book industry.

I need to find the space and time to do that. I have boxes of books in my garage, ironically on storage shelves moldering away. My grandmother was a lover of books, and I always remember her with a book in the evenings. Three of my most cherished books were ones she gave me when I was visiting her as a child: a paperback of "Hawaii" by James Mitchner (missing the front cover - I read it so much it disappeared somewhere between 12 years old and 59), "War as I Knew It" by George S. Patton in hard back, and a Latin school book she undoubtedly forgot to return at the end of her school year. I also came about a first edition of "Have Spacesuit, Will Travel" by Robert A. Heinlein in hardback - a former library book I found in a Good-Will store which I bought for $1.00 which had the dust jacket still in pretty good condition.

8:10 Meep Meep! When I watch the roadrunner and Wile E coyote I cheered for the coyote because the roadrunner is a JERK.

Laura! Thank you so much for the mention! It totally made my That is my favorite Peter Pan, even though it is not a new release, I just think the illustrations are perfect for capturing a kid's/person's imagination. - like it would be the one that 20 years later they would remember. I am so glad you like it!!! I love your bookshelf and yes I agree wallpaper makes such a big difference! I was wondering... is that 'A Christmas Carol' illustrated by Ronald Searle I thought that I spotted on your shelf? I have been wanting to get that one! Also, was your copy of 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' illustrated? Thank you again so much!!!☕🌹
