I don't see St. Kitts being able to continue with their higher price for much longer. The others don't seem to be raising their prices and people will simply go elsewhere. Antigua & Barbuda is a great option for a family of four for $130, 000. St. Lucia and Dominica (even though they lost UK access) are more affordable for a single person and offer only a slightly lower level of visa free travel.

I got Dominica last year and even with the problems with the UK, I don't regret it. CBI will only get more complicated and possibly expensive with increased fees for due diligence in the future. They might even require you to do an in person (not remote video) interview and to pick up your passport in the country instead of having it sent to your home. Just more expense and hassle.

It was a lot of paperwork back then, and I see it getting even more bureaucratic as time passes. I'm glad to be ahead of the game with my second citizenship firmly in hand.

St kitts passport time frame can be 45 days on the fast track if you pay more. Having a mexican citizenship is not a great Idea imo. The taxes there are no joke

This video is a bit old now, but i wouldn't discount Caribbean citizenship. The CBI countries have (1) decent visa free travel, (2) access to British embassies in an emergency if you are overseas and (a) if your island doesn't have an embassy in the country you are in and (b) you aren't in a fellow commonwealth country. (3) Once you have citizenship in a Caricom CBI country, you can go and live/work out of almost any other Caricom country with minimum paperwork. This includes Belize in central America which borders Mexico, and two south american countries that border Brazil.
