INGREDIENTS
6 cups water
2 lbs beef shank
3 pcs onion sliced
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 pcs whole sweet corn sliced
2 stalks green onion chopped
1 bundle bok choy
1 pc whole napa cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine water, beef shank, onion, salt, and ground black pepper in a large pot. Cover and cook for 1 hour over medium-high heat.
2. Add sweet corn then continue to cook with cover for 10 minutes.
3. Add green onion, bok choy, and cabbage. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
