On one hand the infinite balcony makes the room bigger, but to me it seems like a window in the room not the same effect as stepping out onto a balcony. B & D what is your opinion?

There's something almost hospital like about these rooms, especially the larger ones. I think they're supposed to be contemporary and bright but they're antiseptic IMO. I don't know why Celebrity abandoned their specific style to go for this more nondescript contemporary style. They could have been contemporary and still more Celebrity like.

Some of the suites are just larger outside rooms and I guess people can debate the infinity verandas all day long. They look like large windows with shade and a sitting room to me. So upgrade to a supposed suite to get the large balcony and other perks and pay a considerable amount more.

I've looked at the cabins on both Solstice and Edge class ships and Solstice, though darker, are more inviting and I guess cozy, for lack of a better word. And I especially think the upper Royal and Penthouse suites are nicer on the Solstice class. Just my opinion.
