Though Mulan protested vehemently, her father, Fa Zhou, made the selfless decision to go despite his old age and disabilities. Mulan, unable to bear the thought of her father risking his life, confronted him that night, pleading with him to reconsider. In the midst of their emotional exchange, Fa Zhou's words pierced Mulan's heart, causing her to run out into the stormy night, seeking solace and shedding tears of anguish.

In the depths of her despair, Mulan knew that her father would surely perish on the battlefield. The weight of her duty to protect him and her family became too great to bear. With unwavering determination, Mulan made a life-altering choice. She resolved to go in her father's place, disguising herself as a man. She swiftly cut her long hair with her father's sword, stole his armor, and mounted her horse, Khan, embarking on a perilous journey to save her family and bring honor in her own way.

Fun fact; Jasmine did not make out with mulan because that was 2 completely different time lines (Aladdin was set from 1420-1517, and mulan was set from the 4th to 5th century, aka 301-500) and that was 2 different countries, so basically that was impossible. :D (no hate btw, just spreading awareness)
