If the whole thing is technically legit, What bella did is actually Illegal, depending on her age, she actually CAN go to jail for up to a year, and a fine of 6, 250$. For this case in particular, using someones 'private' images & blackmailing them, (ect, ) can lead up to 2 years and 500 dollars to the victim for emotional distress. Even if 'bella' thinks it is funny, if this is a actual situation that is true, she is 100% breaking federal law and if she is 18 and over, she will be arrested, if shes 14 or older, if a crime like this was commited, She would either be put in the Criminal Justice System or Juvenile System. She can also be 12 or older and go to Juvenile. 'ParallelGuy' can sue her for technically how much ever he wants, but the court will finish the case with the correct amount. Depending on the severity of the blackmail, she can be fined up to 100, 000. For her leaking his adress (doxing), will add another 6 months - to another year in county jail, In her case which also has other add-ons, she will atleast spend 3-5 years in jail. harassment, or incitement to violence will be one of the charges added to her if she ends up arrested. Harrasment is typically a Class-B misdemeanor which carries potential sentence to 6 months (which will be added longer for other charges). Bellas 'friend' is also a acquaintance, which she will also be charged (most likely less than bella) If these girls continue, and the charges continue to add up, they will both be sued, charged for potentially over 5 years in jail or Juvenile, and get put restraining orders against them from victims. Bella also threatened multiple people, so bella will get countless misdemeanors. She also has a high chance of getting her face leaked, adress leaked ect.
