As the only girl out of five siblings, I will always be grateful that my father embraced the type of "patriarchy" passed down to him by so many other patriarchs before him. As THE MAN, he provided for us, his family, until his body literally can't do it anymore (he's disabled now). He set down life principles for my brothers about being responsible provider and being a Man. He only loved and love one woman in his life, our mother. He would still insist on visiting her (grave) every year even though he had to literally drag his body there. Most importantly, he showed me love the way LOVE should be. Thank you to all "Patriarchs" out there who do the same❤. Always remember that there are countless daughters, ladies, wives, mothers, and more women out there who LOVE & appreciate your warm embrace, unconditional love, sacrifice & protection.
