For the spring ankle, if the athlete is struggling to get the heel down during the heel pumps, what would that elude to in terms of the approach you take after that intake?

In 3 months this girls movement have gotten worse what has she been doing? so I know what not to do... also I'm worried she will soon injure herself if she doesn't start moving more like 3 months ago.
