How to Convert Days into Years Months and Days in Excel 2013

We can convert number of days into years, days to months and day by using datedif formula. Formula in excel for converting days to different format is combination of multiple datedif function.

Hi, I'm trying to do more of the opposite. I have a column in my sheet displaying weeks and days " __w __d" (for example, "10w 3d") and need a function that would calculate the total number of weeks in decimal form (e.g. 10.43 weeks). This is my first time really using Excel, so I'm unsure how to go about this. Any ideas?

How would I add the "=TODAY()-B2" in here so it can count how long up to today?
Also, can it include an expression that if years or months equal 0, it puts nothing. Right now my sheet says "0 years, 0 months, 24 days" whereas I'd like it to say "24 days".

It doesn't really work!! Try writing 365 days. The result? 0 years, 11 months and 30 days. How do you fix this bug? Or 760 etc...
