Alias Noone is a metal band from Helsinki, Finland. They mix styles of metal to create their own brand of metal music. Band's lyrics deal with the confusion and darkness in everyday life of normal people and the music is played in the vain of Finnish melancholy and heaviness that will make your spine tingle.

The five track debut EP from the Helsinki based metal outfit Alias Noone.

Songs consist of great riff and melody based guitars, great rhythm section in bass and drums with the blood curling growl vocals mixed in with some clean vocals to bring out the melancholy of the songs.

Tempo wise the band stays more in the groove side of things without losing the drive and the aggression in the songs.

Songs have a great variety of subject matter in the lyrics but the context stay cohesive and serve the songs beautifully.

If the bands Amorphis, Insomnium, Lamb of God, In Flames and Sentenced sound like a good jumping off point then you're at the right place.

The recording and the mixing/mastering was done by Jarno Hänninen at the D-Studio who also plays the additional keyboards on the songs Abyss and Smiling Mask.
