Great video! I would specify though that “loss of reflexes” means loss of brain stem reflexes not deep tendon reflexes as shown in the diagram.

Are the headaches caused by brain herniation chronic? Can this be a differential diagnosis for chronic headaches non-responsive to NSAIDS?
