I know that people (at least millenial and younger gens) hates it when the higher ups forced the "like a close family" or "the second family" image and atmosphere on working place. But when it happens naturally and not just a charade, it's actually not too bad. In our job we have a coworker that really displays her mommy aura, people casually call her mom and no one find it wrong or cringe at all.

Honestly fauna is almost certainly perfectly fine with it. She literally said on debut everyone can call her mommy and she has no issues being called mommy because she’s Mother Nature, though she does see herself as more of the Onee-San type.

Gura has a good point. I'd definitely not be able to face them if I accidentally called one of my co-workers mommy/daddy or some such embarrassing thing. Luckily Fauna is immune to cringe and is pretty sweet and chill. Plus she portrays herself as a mommy. So I think she'd just brush it off or maybe not even acknowledge it since I assume hundreds of people call her mommy.

I mean, if you do call someone mommy (who isnt your actual mother) I think Mother Nature is the one individual you can call that without it being wrong or kink related, a slip up or 2 isn't bad, since she is technically everyone's mother

In our class at college, we have someone that have the nature of a "Mom" that we're collectively agreed to called her "Mami". The funny thing was, when a girl from our class has a relationship with a guy from another Study Program, he actually thought that the one that his girlfriend called "Mami" was her real mom, and act like a "good boy" in front of her.
