there needs to be a crew on rockstar of just thousands of people simply roleplaying when you wanna rp just join a crew session only and those will be the allocated servers for your Roleplays

What they don’t tell you is the game glitches out constantly, things don’t render, the roads disappear while you’re driving and I’m using a i9 13900k with a 4090 so please don’t say it’s my PC

But keep in mind your gpu needs to be good enough to handle the server or you will end up with texture loss and crazy lagging. Thats what happened to me until i upgraded the gpu on my pc
