When creating the vocabulary index, which provides the chatbot to be able to compute words into numbers, could we make it run faster?

I wonder because there are many words and running sequentially can be slow as the chatbot grows. So, would an optimal solution be to place more common vocabulary words near the beginning to make this faster? Say by some function that takes memory files of old conversations and counts how many times each vocab word appears? Or would this be too computationally heavy that it outweighs its benefit?

I haven't found anything to on how I could realise a tkinter Field that instantly makes pasted links into readable Text, like Microsoft is able to do when you paste links into Word or Teams etc. obviously not Links that have the info just visible in the link, but websites with a Title Class and the link gets convertet to that title classname
