Izuniy, I am not sure if you‘re aware of how happy you make those that cannot play the remake. FFVII is a big part of my life and you give me the chance to relive the original game, once more in high quality! I am sure that this needed time and effort, so thank you so much for that. Unfortunately I do not have friends that love this game as much as I do, but knowing that there are so many people out there probably playing and watching FFVII at the same time as I am, is just a great feeling. I love how the Remake shows everyone's struggles and human sides, especially Barett's. They really vividly show why he is the way he is through his dialogue with Jessie, Biggs, Wedge, Marlene, Cloud, and Tifa. The original game only spent roughly 8-10 hours in Midgar in the beginning and I was skeptical to the extended time being spent in the city in this remake but surprisingly the story still feels powerful while also diving deep into the characters personal lives and dramas. Nice job Square!

The irony of Cloud telling Barret to get help because he hears the planet in pain, but Cloud is the one with hallucinations and voices 😂

Remember when prerendered cutscenes were only minutes long? And in low resolution, too?
Now it only takes 22 years to get thru the first part of an 80 hour game! 🙌🏻

5:42:10 I swear Barret’s VA did a wonderful job capturing the emotions of what happens, especially when his voice falters when he screams out wedge’s name and also when he screams while punching the wall, just really shows how games can capture moments just as well as any cinema. Just emotional moments are my niche

I just realized. Not only did they have to play through the whole game for this recording, but they also had to play the whole game at least once before so that they know what to look for. Which means they spent probably close to 30+ hours of just playing the game. Your diligence is appreciated.
