After watching Jeremy @BlackMagicCraftOfficial make some great mats with dollar store products, I made some minor adjustments, and did the same. I've made a 2' x 2', and 3' x 3'. You can really make any size you want, and they're light and FLEXIBLE!

If you like great art, awesome minis, and having fun, check out Relicblade @MetalKingStudio :

My man used Dried Parsley and Basil for grass. Thats pretty ingenious. I guess that uses the same concept of dried tea leaves

That first roller texture you got would’ve looked great as waves at the beach

Nice board! I saved a used paint brush the wife was going to toss for creating tall grass, but on a base. Your content is way better than mediocre. I approve!!!

Any long term thoughts on the herbs for grass? I used a similar thing on some bases for some minis I have, but they browned out pretty fast even after sealing. Not a terrible thing (like the bases changed seasons LOL) but something to note. Curious if you had the same experience?

I've only played a couple of games but it was a lot of fun.

Just came across your channel, subscribed and liked. I like how you glued the mat together to make your own size. How did that seal last? I'm thinking to use contact cement. Cheers
