I found this to be a gem. Though the background mondstadt music is distracting and makes it sound off, it isn't Erika's fault. I am hoping she releases a full and accompanied version soon!

Gosh, this is the first time I heard Venti singing in the game. I am crying and I did not see this coming. I wish every time Venti appears on screen, he should sing more than reciting poems. Thank you Miss Erika Harlacher for voicing our favorite bard. If Venti sings with background music, I will lose my mind from joy if ever I will encounter him again.

I was fully expecting him to just recite it like the first time he shared this poem, so when i realized he was singing, my jaw dropped. I love it when VAs have their characters actually sing (like Barbara or thr Traveller humming Ayaka’s song) so I was absolutely blown away and very, very pleasantly surprised to hear this. I really enjoyed the Weinlesefest, especially as my first temporary Genshin event since I began playing barely a month ago (I couldn’t do any of the Sumeru ones because I hadn’t reached the zone on time). Big shout out and thank you to Erika for going above and beyond as Venti!

Remember this: Erika said from the v5.0 live program she just did it for fun (not really expecting that Hoyoverse will include this BUT they still included it) and she only did this with one take 🤩 and this is still remembered until now how well she did the singing on this scene 🥰

Found out from one of Sarah Miller-Crews' streams (Lumine's english VA) that Venti singing in the english dub was unplanned. Erika said that she asked if she could do a singing version for fun after they did the spoken version. And she didn't even know if they were going to use that take so she must've been so surprised and happy that they actually ended up using it.
