Lexus revealed it's vision for the “LF-Z Electrified”, a conceptual BEV that incorporates driving performance, styling, and technologies envisioned for realization by 2025. More than 10 new electrified Lexus models are coming between now and 2025. However, “Electrified” can mean an all-electric vehicle or hybrids or plug-in hybrids that combine electrification with internal combustion engines. The Lexus LF-Z Electrified Concept specs include: A 90kWh lithium-ion battery pack, 373 miles of range, 0-62mph in 3.0 seconds, a Tesla-like yoke steering wheel, AR HUD, and AI-powered semi-autonomous driving tech. Is this all hype and too-little too-late from Lexus and Toyota (notoriously anti-EV)? let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Toyota may not seriously develop until it reaches a level where all solid-state batteries can be adopted. (Translated.)

🤔 how long did it take Lexus to make the lLS.? Did you read the Lexus code of conduct if you know anything about Lexus they are not in a rush they want to get it right the first time. Yes EV's are the way but only less than 10% of the market are actually driving electric vehicles why would they be in the rush to make one ? furthermore Toyota is partnering with Tesla for a future vehicle so why are Lexus failing again for not rushing to make a EV explain to me you expert...!?!

Electric cars are not practical and yet expensive. My Tesla is surprisingly more expensive to maintain than my highlander hybrid, and guys range anxiety is real if you own one you know that. Again if mass market go all electric where are all those batteries and electricity going to come from. That is a big question to all these proponents of BEVs. Toyota saying electric vehicles are over hyped is ironically a true statement. Elon over promises and delivers a crap. I would never buy a Tesla again. It's fit and finish is worst than cars made during the last century and also dismally fails to deliver on promised driving range. Plug-in hybrids are great solution until the battery technology improves and could be fully charged in less than 10 minutes. The youtubers push for nothing but BEVs and their opinions don't represent the needs of the majority of the people.
