DINet & OpenFace (high accuracy HD lip sync) Install on Windows

Installing and using the DINet & OpenFace for high accuracy lip sync of HD video. This appears to be more accurate than wav2lip. I am liking this application / workflow for this kind of process.

how do i install to my external hard drive instead of my main drive?

Thank you so much for this tutorial! You got a new subscriber ❤. I was able to lip sync a video and the results are impressive. I just have a question, though. Anaconda Prompt displayed this message: "warning: the input video is not 25 fps, it would be better to trans it to 25 fps!". Are we supposed to render our videos with only 25 fps for this program to work better?

in your video you can see a more accurate lip sync, I think combining it with my idea of face swapping can achieve great results!!!!

I was able to get this working. Great job! The actual lip sync is for sure one of the best. However, I get a noticeable mask around the mouth. Like if the mask was too big. Is there a way to either reduce the size or make it fade better? Any ideas?

when I try to type the command "git clone" etc. the software tells me that "git" is not recognized as an internal or external command, an operable program or a batch file. Can you tell me why? It's the first time I try to install DINET

Hi i installed it and it was working fine, but now from last two days the mouth is not open, its remain in close position i don't know what happened.
