Today, I would like to discuss the dynamic between empaths and narcissists. Empaths are known for their good-natured nature and their tendency to help those who are in need. This makes them an attractive target for a narcissist, who is often in search of someone who will validate their stories and feed their ego.

When an empath listens sympathetically to a narcissist's carefully crafted stories, they may feel sorry for them and view them as a victim. This can lead to the empath opening up to the narcissist about their own innermost thoughts and feelings. Unfortunately, this information can be used against the empath by the narcissist, who is only interested in furthering their own agenda.

It's important for empaths to be aware of the potential for manipulation and exploitation when interacting with a narcissist. While it is natural for them to want to help others, it's important to protect their own well-being and to avoid getting caught up in a manipulative dynamic.

Unfortunately, a lot of sensitive people give in to narcissism and manipulation. As a result of their low self-esteem, empaths are more vulnerable to falling for a narcissist, experiencing gaslighting, and ultimately being dependent on their partner. However, the manipulations of narcissists have no effect on super empaths apparently. This is what I’m going to talk about in this video.

After 20yrs of being married to a covert narcissist, I turned the tables on him and it drove him insane. He had been gaslighting, manipulating and emotionally abusing me in all the 19yrs and it almost cost me my life. During my heart surgery, he became so evil that I’m now certain he wanted me dead. After my children nursed me back into health, I became woke. That’s when his downfall came, I played him his own game and he became insane. He openly confessed he was having amazing relationship with his previous wife ( a first cousin ), that he hated me and that I was evil but I just laughed in his face. He stayed for a year calling me names, screaming, disappearing for days and then it came down to silent treatment. I grey rocked him and he just couldn’t take it. Eventually i packed his bags and took my house key off him and he moved back in with his first wife. She called me to gloat and abuse me over the phone whilst he listened, he even got his eldest daughter to do the same. I told him to keep away from me and that she was welcomed to this sadist . I still feel angry at myself for allowing this oxygen thief to take best 20yrs of my life but I know I’m in a far far better place now. My mental health is thriving, it’s taken years off me and I have started to enjoy life again. He comes to pick our daughter up once every month for few hours, he looks like an old miserable bold short grumpy grandad. I know I had a close shave but Alhamdulliah my faith and my kids have saved me.

These people have traded their soul for Narcissism and are now dead inside..And what they hate about you is that you have a healthy soul and they are very jealous of that and they very much WANT IT! And are trying to steal yours. This is why they get angry when you fight them on their Narcissism because THEY WANT A SOUL! Every Time they get supply from you they take a piece of your soul and it feels good to them They want to take your soul and give you theirs..A soul exchange, . their dead soul for your healthy soul. Every time they get supply from you, there is an exchange, they feel good and you feel bad. This is why after a while you start feeling dead inside yourself.. This is why victims says they are evil. because they feel this.

Been with a Narcissist for twenty years. Had no idea what an empath was or furthermore Super Empath.back in the eighties and nineties ( before you tube )I instinctively knew I was not going to allow anyone to dominate me. My mother failed to control me also. I walked away and didn't look back from them and a lot more thereafter. After I was educated on Narcissism, I became fully armored up and flipped tables on a dime.against them by going no contact....

i am currently helping two victims of a maglignant narcissist. at the same time i am learning and toying with the narcissist..
I have know the narcissist for over two years, during the time, I smell a rat. nothing he throws at me stick. meet his brother and sister-in-law recently and everything falls into place. can you imagine, your father is a narcissist and your brother is a maglignant narcissist while they are all living under one roof?

All good info. Cutting contact with Narcs gave me peace of mind like I never expected.
As an empath, there's always a longing for the brighter moments of the "communication, " but as a basic priority: Your Mental Health and well being is much more important than having a porcupine as a pet with having to pull those negative barbs out of your head. Adios Pals!

You will love this. The love of my life and I both have good reasons to be selfish narcissists, and with both more than 3 s.d. above average IQ we both do super empathy very easily.

Our ages and backgrounds were very unlike. But we were immediately drawn close to each other.

Her: former sheltered Catholic schoolgirl who was 29, divorced, one child. Deadbeat ex.

Me: 45, situated for a good midlife as a player but tired of the game. 3 divorces, no kids. I have to think how many I have essentially shacked up with. But tired of dating deception.

We enjoyed every minute together even hitting Taco Bell at quarter to 12.

We realized we would either fight til we broke up, then we would miss each other forever.

Or we could both be straight up plus agree on boundaries. After four years of being unsure that the other was for real, we joined together, pledging the standard vows plus Death Before Dishonor & Word Is Bond. Nothing to ever hurt or lie to each other.

We knew that was the only way we could keep from letting problems or fears control us & destroy the joy it was to be together.

25 years later the only big change in our lives is our son. I fell in love with her for about the fortieth time in our first six months as I helped her with some legal papers she was preparing. Representing herself she had already beaten DC hotshot divorce lawyers. Did her own research.Didn’t need a man around all the time. Yet I was her hero and stud. And I wanted her enough to immediately quit whoring around.

We both know we can trust each other and that we are better together than apart. Everything else fell in line behind that trust. Took us four years to be convinced it wouldn’t all go away someday. Now we have of necessity gotten adept at resolving our disagreements. Really wanting only each other clarifies the mind. Like nothing else.

Just don’t waste too much time n energy around a Narcissist they are stone walled cold hearted individuals just focus your energy to something Good! As for me having a Narcissistic wife i try to focus more on my children how to help them their welfare and very minimal conversation and interactions to my wife cause she is there mother of my children and i have to accept it and make the most out of it! As Socrates says By all means get married! If you have a Good wife you will be happy but if you have a Bad one you will become a Philosopher k! I bet he had a bad nagging narcissistic wife! K
