I did not understand how np.random.seed is helping. Yes it does keep the same result but if we change the number in np.random.seed(number) it gives different values and I do not see any pattern.

when I try the second example it show an error, can you tellme how can I solve it? the error is this: rng=np.random.default_rng(5)
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'default_rng'
