I could just listen to Damian's voice all day and all night and not get tired of it. 😊😊

I'm shocked, I didn't know Priest was 40!!! I always assumed he was in his early to mid 30s. Tons of respect to him for grinding throughout the years and making it to the WWE!

Damian may portray a villain on screen but he's easily one of the best guys to believe in. Such a down to earth guy.

This show is such a great analogy for life!! Look at Sheamus, by all definitions he’s jacked and in shape, but we see him on a weekly basis get out of his comfort zone. We’ve seen him struggle to finish some, with no ego whatsoever. It’s a beautiful thing to see, and truly is inspiring!!!

Damian your story helped me. I'm 26 was bullied all my life about my weight. Just hearing how you got to where you were to now. Shows me I can do it.

I like how Drew was just casually walking around as if he was just dropping by to say high.

This was a fun one to watch. Bro science for the win. Priest by far is on of my favorites because he has a very positive attitude towards life. The Judgement Day faction suits him very well because Finn is a great mentor for him. I almost died when you said "There is Drew Galloway" then was like "ooops, I meant MacIntyre" So glad that y'all didn't edit that out because it shows how far y'alls friendship goes. All in all the shoulder routine was very solid. I wanna see a workout with Bray

I love that these guys aren’t youngsters anymore and they’re getting it done like this in a way that makes sense - Lashley too. Gives some encouragement to those of us who are also not as young as we used to be.

Damian has inspired me the most, his story and his determination/dedication for his dream.

LMAO! At the look on Sheamus face when Damian shows him the figure 8's. 22:40 Sheamus looks like he is saying in his mind " What in the hell have I gotten myself into. 🤣🤣🤣

It's wild to hear that Damian was 365lbs with no gym time, considering his look now. Incredible 🔥

Also, shout out to the bro science portion of the program 😂

Priest said "after 20 years", I had *no* idea he'd been working that long.

I love all the things I learn about the workouts and the wrestlers on this channel.

I don't know why but I fall in love for Damian's voice every time!

Easily one of the best episodes here, Priest is one the most humble positive wrestlers in wwe today!

I like the fact that you both put the ego away and are real with each other and the viewers. Really motivates me. Thanks.

I love watching these workouts. No lies, Damian is my favorite. Aside from the fact that he is very talented (all of you are talented, really), my favorite thing about him is that he knows what it's like to be plus size and how hard it can be to lose the weight. I started working out in August 2021 at approximately 211 lbs. I'm not going to say how much I weigh now, but it's less. My absolute heaviest was 297 lbs in about 2000/2001. I had already seen pictures and knew he was plus size before. I was watching the chronicle WWE had done on him and heard his story. I thought to myself that if he could do it, so can I. That was basically the kick in the pants I needed to get off my butt and start working out. I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be, but I'll definitely get there. If for no other reason than because I'm stubborn as heck. I really do hope that he knows that his story really actually does inspire people. If his story got me off my lazy butt, it's gotten other people off their butts too. Also, who do I have to bribe/beg to get you guys back in Omaha, Ne?
