The Quick Start Guide to Photoshop (Part 1)

The idea of getting started in Photoshop can seem overwhelming for most. So many options, tools, windows etc. In this 3 part series, we will give you a quick start guide. This should have you up and using Photoshop in no time!

I'm an intermediate user on photoshop and I decided I needed to relearn the basics. It makes me happy and learning easier with your command of photoshop. You don't make it seem complex and menacing. I wish many of my teachers taught this way.

Once I installed PS CC 2014 I was like "Allright. So, what should I do now..." There was a great amount of functions and instruments that made me feel confused and even scared. But then I discovered your Youtube channel and these incredible tutorials. And now I love PS and its interface doesn't scare me anymore and everything seem to be not so complicated as it was before. Thank you so much for making this video series! I have been using Lightroom for over 3 years now because Photoshop just seemed far too complicated to get into. I have only used photo shop to make posters for theatre shows because you can't cut people out in Lightroom, but I had never used it to edit until I discovered your channel. But even then, some of the stuff you were saying was too advanced for me. I have learned a LOT in these 24 minutes and am looking forward to watching the next two videos. Thank you so much!
