hee Sunny, maybe it is also nice to expand you're existing videos, say the year in you're invoice number (easy to see from what year the invoice is) or use the latest price from you're products ( if you're price chance in the half of you're year you don't have exact value if you making a count.

Great Tutorial, but I have a question. In the If statement, second step, you put "true". How does Filemaker know to leave all records. Don't you have to have the second variable be "show all records"?
