If I don’t get the debt paid off in the 18 month time, can I transfer it over to a new card to reset the no interest back to 18 months and keep going? … I understand there will possibly be transfer fees but besides that, is this an option???

I'm aware of the 3% balance transfer fee for each card. AFTER the 18 to 21 months has come and gone, how much does the interest rate go up to? Will I be in the same HIGH INTEREST situation after the 18 to 21 months?
