Union Budget 2024 | Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that the Union Budget 2024-25 necessary allocations are being made for three crore additional houses (both urban and rural) under the PM Awas Yojna. Ms Sitharaman presented her seventh consecutive Union Budget today. She announced Rs 2.2 lakh crore boost for urban housing, and a new rental concept to facilitate accommodation for workers in industrial, urban areas.

As far as A. P is concerned, F. M said 15000cr funds will be arranged for andhra capital amaravati, if this money is not grants, then it is of no use to andhra...Just like the last 10 years, they repeated the rhetoric that central govt is committed to polavaram project, backward district assistance etc but never said how much money will allocated as grants in the budget...whats the point of budget if you don't announce how much of money will be allocated as grants for andhra pradesh?Same tactic is also used against bihar too, All hype but nothing in the budget for andhra Or bihar...Both a.p and bihar loksabha mp's should not vote for the budget in loksabha unless grants were specifically allocated for both the states...
