Yes sir. Your book is my game plan. Especially when it comes to the snow ball method. Use the savings snowball to buy 10 properties then the debt snowball to pay them off. Simple, easy to understand.

Thanks for sharing the info! One thing that I don't understand is how to scale up. Lets say I have my mortgage on my 1st house and I have enough down payment for the 1st rental property. I don't know how I would qualify for the 2nd property because my DTI ratio is probably max out already.

Another question is how to work with lender. Should I tell them the loan is for a secondary home or just tell them it's for rental probably? It seems to me that the interest for an investment property is higher.

We are on year 4 of that example Coach! We hope to purchase another investment property and get some cash flow to add more passive income. This vid eerily almost has the same numbers we have (except the income part) and working towards the end numbers we hope to achieve. Thanks a lot, keep posting Coach!

Hi Coach, I like real estate investing and love your advice. I don’t make all that money you put in your examples but have been able to make it happen and I have 2 rental properties with no mortgage. Watching your other videos have been very helpful, I do have my home which still needs work, it has a small duplex in the back that needs to be rehabbed, then I will have 4 rentals.
