Brava Smitha! This is such an important video. You have perfectly defined what tightlining really is. I am so glad that you did this because lining the fleshy part of the upper eyelid (i.e. waterline) is really not the best thing to do for the health of our eyes. Dear Smitha. Thanks for this great tip. I had the same problem with smudging. I found that when I'm applying waterproof mascaras I cover the upper waterline and with this I have no problem. However I will try your system also for the lower waterline. Thanks again ❤
