The proper DM strategy actually does not change whether you are a small or big business - the difference is only in doing it at scale or not.

Here is my Instagram message template you can adapt for your own business. It is mostly effective for B2B businesses but I mention examples of when a B2C business could benefit from this instagram marketing technique especially when they're new.
