I used this service recently and I was impressed.  I ordered the kit and it arrived the next day.  I posted the completed kit back on a Friday and received the results by email the following Wednesday afternoon. 

I think this is a good way to see if a vitamin D supplement is needed, or just to check a current dose is correct and not excessive.

Very useful. The test arrived 2 days after I ordered it, the video was useful is making sure I did it right, it has been posted back and now I am waiting for the results.

Good instructions, except that the information about not taking a Vitamin D supplement on the day of the test comes at the end of the video. It would be good to have this information at the start because many people will actually perform the test as they watch the video.

I didn't find this video helpful enough. Can you show a close up of the most vital bits - how to get a big enough drop, get it in exactly the position on the card you're asking for? How to tell if it's going to be big enough & what to do if the drop isn't big enough? Thanks

The video is very clear. However, the email with the link to the video arrived about an hour after I had posted back my blood sample. So it might be a good idea to send the emails at the same time you post out the test kits.

Hi there, are there a few companies that act as the middle man for your testing at B.ham?
We posted back samples, and have been waiting for results back for 2weeks. Have emailed with receipt details but no one has replied. Waiting for these results before going back to a nutritionalist. I thought this would be easier than getting free test at the Doctors....
