Sounds like the selected sound on the Korg was Japanese Piano (which was sampled from a Yamaha grand piano). That would be the irony.

I have a Korg B2 and the key bed is a joke, clicking sounds when you play certain keys and to the point of distracting you when trying to concentrate, even at high sound levels on the speakers. I played the C1 Air a few days ago and the difference was night and day, it feels so much more professional against the B2, and a nicer tone (although the B2 does sound very nice). It's a shame the B2 has such poor quality keys, if better I wouldn't even consider selling it, but after playing the C1 it's an easy choice to upgrade.

I find Korg feels nicer, Yamaha sounds nicer, better dynamic touch

korg sound nicer on lower notes because it has a more powerful speaker... yamaha has dirty lownotes because of speaker.. but you can difinitely heare that yamaha has a more piano tone.. if connected to a better speaker system.. yamaha would sound nicer i think..

The Korg Piano makes an clearer, richer impression to me.
Overall it seems more compact, more functional.

Edit: If you could do a Yamaha P515 vs KAWAI ES-8 vs Roland FP-90 would be really cool.

El Korg C1 air es > superior por poco al Ydp 163 de Yamaha, lástima que en este video no se haya interpretado ambas piezas con el mismo entusiasmo.

For me the sound of Yamaha is much better. The sound is more deep.

The YDPs52 has a similar compact body like the Korg and has similar features to the YDP163. To my ears, the Yamaha piano sound was considerably more refined.
