Was it a good choice? Well, thing is that Neymar did screw up, and Barca did also screw up with the money they got from Neymar. So in the end, it was a losing situation for both sides. Perhaps, maybe perhaps had he stay a couple more years, maybe he would have won one more Champions League and could have won "the Balon d or", and inherit the throne left by Messi and his #10.
