Fun fact before everyone goes out and buys one: you can literally just use a tea infuser for this. It sprinkles just as well, trust me. Ive been using them for cocoa powder lump sifting for coffees for ages

You can do the exact same thing with a spring-loaded mesh tea infuser. Works beautifully.
