If you cannot set a price for your service you are not self contracted.
VOTE NO
Or else the following is a guarantee
-say bye bye to overtime
-say bye bye to 401k
-say bye bye to mandatory lunch and break (depending on your driving industry)
-say bye bye to a set minimum wage
-say bye bye to unemployment benefits
-say bye bye to compensations.
Vote NO

The comments are refreshing for once. Rideshare is a scam where the apps make all the money while the drivers get scraps. Absolutely VOTE NO on 22. Stop enriching con-artists.

Vote NO on 22. Wealthy tech companies should not make a underclass of workers. Gig work is a job. Period. The proposition doesn’t force changes to flexibility, that’s Uber’s choice
