The Rayleigh power method, also known as the Rayleigh quotient iteration, is an iterative algorithm used for finding the dominant eigenvalue and the corresponding eigenvector of a square matrix. It is particularly effective for finding the largest eigenvalue and associated eigenvector, but it can be adapted to find other eigenvalues as well.
The Rayleigh power method is simple and easy to implement. However, it may converge slowly for certain matrices, and its convergence is influenced by the choice of the initial guess. Variants of the method, such as the shifted inverse iteration, can be used to improve convergence in some cases.

Sir if i take initial eigen value [ 0 0 1]^T, ,then the answer match with eigen value but not with eigen vector....will my math be correct?? Please someone tell me.😢😢😢
