How to find the roots of a quadratic polynomial

👉Learn how to solve quadratic equations by factoring. We will focus on factoring special techniques such as the zero product property, difference of two squares, box method and guess and check. Once we have factored the quadratic expression we will then use the zero product property to determine the root, zeros, solutions of the quadratic equation.

Wait, so for me, seeing f(x) just throws me off but so you’re telling me the f(x) just equals zero and the math part of it is the same thing as if the problem had a zero instead of an f(x)?
