Merry Fitmas - Day 2 Leg Ring

Rock those short rompers and mini-skirts to your holiday party with this circuit. Grab a Pilates Ring and repeat 2X on each side.
Keep hips stacked and shoulders in line with your hips. Put your hand on the ground in front of your chest so your upper body doesn't sway with the movements. Engage your core and glutes:) Place the ring around your ankles.
Keep upper leg against inner ring - 12 pulses up against the ring
Place upper leg on top of ring - 12 leg lifts, keep heel slightly higher than toes, use your glutes to lift leg
Keep leg 12" up from ring - 12, 1" pulses
Place leg on top of ring - 12 squeezes downward, use your inner thigh, not your knee
Thread the Needle - Leg 12" up from ring, pull knee towards chest and thread through ring, repeat 12x, keep toe pointed
Hot Potato - Relax foot, clear the ring, tapping toe in front of and behind ring, 12x
Repeat on other side
