This is great motivation but studying 10-14 hours and preparing 2 years for interviews and following interview process for months all shows he is a top tier student and developer. If anyone who has the persistence and skill to do this they are not average because average person is not doing such stuff and thus they are not at his level.

We have many Malayali Software Engineers earning over 1 crore in Bangalore(which I would consider exceptional).
