I like the way you break down the situations. One thing to add, if and when the FED starts to reduce the interest rate, USD will spiral into a major devaluation and causing the inflation to go even higher and I think the FED understands that due to the economic war with the BRICS nations. Our economy is trapped !!!

I'm old enough to remember when Central Banks were intended to balance unemployment number and Inflation. Now it's a balance between Inflation, unemployment and the health of the banking industry. I wonder which one will be sacrificed for the sake of the others first?

About the current bank situation, I'm really concerned. I am worried about a lot more if a bank the size of SVB may fail. I have a friend who manages a fast-growing startup and was severely impacted by the bank run. I have taken more than $840k out of my bank. Since the FDIC only provides coverage up to $250K, an implosion could have negative consequences. presently want to invest in the stock market. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might proceed?
