WORLD’S FIRST TWIN LEVER LINK CLAMP!

Vektek is proud to announce the World’s First Top Flange Twin Lever Link Clamps (Double Acting). The twin levers upright position when unclamped gives plenty of clearance for easy part loading when clamping through a part or more clearance for part loading between 2 parts. Our pivot equalizing system applies equal clamping force through both levers on surfaces that are within .06”. The 360 degree rotary lug allows for a straight forward approach to internal porting and fixture design.

This clamp can be manifold mounted or hard plumbed. Two optional features available for this device include the In the Port Sequence and Flow Control Valves for manifold mounted devices.

The Top Flange Twin Lever model is available in 3 sizes: 1100 lb, 1700 lb, and 2600 lb total clamping force at 5000 psi the force divides, ½ equally into each lever.

Vektek is proud to announce the World’s First Screw-In Cartridge Mount Link Clamps (Double Acting). This is made possible due to a patented feature; Vektek’s rotary lug that delivers 360 degrees of lever/body positioning. The 360 degree rotary lug allows for a straight forward approach to internal porting and fixture design. The screw-in cartridge mount body minimizes the clamp footprint – saving space on your fixture!

Easy to install! Machine a simple cavity, drill your feed passages, screw-in the threaded link clamp body and torque. Position the rotary lug, pressure the clamp on your part and lock in position by tighten the set screws. It’s that simple.

The Screw-In Single Lever is available in: 1000 lb, 1400 lb, and 2400 lb total clamping force at 5000.
