After watching Howie‘s #airtable cobuilder webinar this afternoon, tonight I went in and created an app with #FSM - field service management, bookkeeping, and #CRM functionality within the #fieldservicemanagement. The results were stellar.

I wish this would do this utilising one base or even multiple bases that we already have! I know there are other external apps we can do this with until they figure it out, but I would prefer to keep everything as streamlined as possible obviously. It would also be great to see this taken care of better (views, better consideration to modeling) at the data level so maybe a way we could give more specific prompts into the context fields (like where it's asking for company and industry now) for that? I'm using it as a brainstorming tool for now but that's about it.
