These cherry cheesecake danishes will surely blow your mind away!

For the croissant dough, I recommend using the recipe from my website🔽🔽🔽

After doing 3 single folds, roll the dough to a thickness of 8mm and cut circles about 10cm in diameter.

For the cheesecake filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 50g sugar
- 40g sour cream
-2 tbs flour
- Vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, at room temperature

Cream all the ingredients together, fill the molds, and freeze for 2 hours.

For the cherry filling:
- 1 cup pitted sour cherries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cook over medium-high heat until thickened. Enjoy
