Gab Rhome - Warm Days

Hailing from Montréal, Gab Rhome’s hypnotic brand of melodic house music has been championed by the likes of Sasha, Guy Gerber and Lee Burridge, each of whom have released Gab’s music on their respective labels.

His debut EP on Anjunadeep features a trio of warm, textured grooves, beginning with title track “Drifting”. Built around a languid bassline and lush melodic arrangement, Gab’s vocals add an indie touch to this dreamy roller.

First heard in James Grant’s recent Anjunadeep Edition mix the eccentrically titled “I’ve Changed My Scent For You” again showcases Gab’s talent for subtle arrangement and exquisite melody. Haunting vocals flow with a melancholic riff to gorgeous effect.

“Warm Days” rounds off an impressive debut on a downtempo note, fusing mellow rhythm with evocative vocals in another atmospheric gem.
