Breathe in through your nose, breathe out through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

Exhale is longer than inhale, with pauses between.

Breathe in 4 seconds,
Hold 4 seconds,
Breathe out 6 seconds,
Hold 2 seconds

You take 3.75 breaths per minute when doing this exercise.

It's an effortless way of doing breathing practice. No need to think about the duration of each breath.
First, I followed the image, but after a while, I closed my eyes and followed the sound. Incredibly calming and comforting❤

Such a calming video thanks for sharing... my BP was way up this morning, did your breathing exercise for about 5 minutes took another reading and everything was back to normal

great job, especially since after a few slow deep breaths you are removed from your ego illusory self and reset into your true self with connection to all. out of sympathetic nervous system into parasympathetic system where you heal
