I found this: “Because Cat & Jack is a Target-owned brand, you have up to one year — 365 days — to return any of these items with your receipt for an exchange or refund. That's 275 days or approximately nine months longer than the standard 90-day return window that applies to the non-Target-owned brands it stocks.” Target is awesome!!!!

So I went to 3 different targets and they all told me different things . I didn’t have a receipt. The first store let me return 5 items without a receipt and gave me store credit. The second one definitely did not take my items without a receipt. The third store took the rest of the items and gave me store credit. So I think it really does depend how willing the employees are to work with you.

It worked for me! Full refund! I was able to show a receipt for each item via the app

So, im learning the policy changes depending on the target location and or the associate you are dealing with.. The first time I did it, I was able to get FULL price on all items I had receipts for ( I used my target accounts) the items with no receipt I was only to get half price.. They accepted all my items stains an all lol.. However I made a second attempt weeks late and I got push back from the associate.. I was told that I could not return any of my items if they did not have sort of “defect” and that target is not allowing customers to use their policy as a “size up” program..

I tried this and they would NOT take Cat & Jack items back without a receipt. Only the ones linked to my account were able to be returned.

Thank you for this video it motivated me to go and finally try this I took 15 items I walked in they scan my wallet target app and they gave me $75 in gift card no questions asked. Only 4 items didn’t go through because I didn’t have a receipt for them they were gifted and they said that they can’t do the credit store ID because they are used items. They can only do no receipt store credit when items are new with a tagWhich makes sense to me I was happy with the $75 gift card I got from items I was getting ready to give away anyway.
