I'm very glad you've taken this up! I've been meaning to switch from premier for a while but I haven't because the tutorials on Davinci resolve aren't compelling!! I do not see all the crazy Brandon li, Sam kolder, JR Alli type transition and effects tutorial for Davinci like I see for after effects and Premier. It started to make me doubt the prowess of Davinci resolve. So my question is, can Davinci resolve pull off all these kinds of effects? Screen pining, masking, sky replacement, advance text animations, motion graphics, complex transitions, hyperlapses, and the rest Please, I will be very grateful if you reply. Once again, I'm very glad you have taken up teaching Davinci resolve.
