With all the movies and tv series about Jesus. My opinion is that Jonathan played the part the best, almost feels like this part was made for him. Bless Jonathan and The Chosen cast and behind the scene workers for doing an amazing job bringing the bible to life.

Judas was a broken man. He, like all of us, sold our Christ for 30 pieces of silver. Lord, judge me before you judge Judas as i am worse than him. Lord forgive him for he was but a man. Remember Judas was Jesus ministry accountant, he devoted his expertise to Jesus and sacrificed to follow him like the others. It’s important to remember that Judas loved Jesus and Jesus loved and trusted him, knowing what would happen.Judas was tricked by people threatened by Jesus into betraying Jesus, yet all the other apostles denied him at free will. We are all like each of the apostles of Christ in our imperfections, be humble and pray for others redemption because we are all unworthy yet have been shown Grace just as Judas through Gods sacrifice.

Despite the Lord knowing what Judas will do, the only ever spoke to him with love and care.... Gets me choked up everytime i think about it. Even more so, he forgave him and still loved him.
