I did do all of this when I was 29. I went off my antipsychotic injections, drove seven states away from home so I could not live there still by the time I was 30, ended up homeless for a couple weeks, came back home, wound up in jail, got put back on meds. I don't recommend doing anything like that. This advice should be taken with caution, no matter the severity of your own situation.
