Phoenix Police Department down hundreds of officers

At the start of 2022, the Phoenix Police Department is suffering from low staffing levels, with numbers showing they are down hundreds of officers.

I don't doubt it. Not once do ever! 3 hours to come with someone on my property stealing things. He came back again.... I called again. They never showed. He was clearly on drugs. I called 5 hours later and was told they made contact with me- we need passionate police officers
